This notice explains how Physique Skool, operated by Bryan Cortez ("Physique Skool," "we," "us," or "our"), handles personal information submitted through physiqueskool.com and related Physique Skool pages.

Physique Skool provides fitness education and coaching resources. It is not a medical provider. See our Disclaimer for important limits on the site's tools and content.

• Contact details, such as first name, email address, and optional phone number.
• Assessment inputs, such as age, sex, height, weight, body measurements, body-composition method, goals, and target date.
• Coaching context, such as training access, experience, activity, diet style, sleep, stress, obstacles, readiness, and coaching budget range.
• Guide requests, waitlist selections, and whether you separately chose to receive future educational or promotional email.
• Limited technical and security records produced by our hosting and service providers, such as timestamps, request logs, and error information.

The current assessment intentionally does not request medical diagnoses, medications, lab results, medical files, or progress-photo uploads. Do not submit those items through the assessment or general contact email.

• Deliver the guide, tool, assessment, waitlist update, or coaching response you requested.
• Generate body-composition estimates and a coaching brief from the information you provide.
• Respond to questions, support requests, and privacy requests.
• Operate, troubleshoot, protect, and improve the site and its forms.
• Send future Physique Skool training, nutrition, product, or coaching emails only when you separately opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We use service providers to run the site and fulfill requests. Current providers include Lovable for application hosting and operations, Supabase for database services, Brevo for transactional and opt-in email, and Google Drive for links to requested guide files. These providers process information for the services they perform for us and under their own contractual and security terms.

We do not sell personal information for money, and we do not use assessment information for third-party advertising. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, to investigate abuse, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate protections.

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, operational records, dispute resolution, security, and legal obligations. Retention can vary by record and service. You may request deletion; we may retain limited information when law, fraud prevention, or a legitimate recordkeeping need requires it.

• Use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email to stop future marketing.
• Decline optional marketing consent and still receive a guide you requested.
• Ask to access, correct, or delete information associated with you.

Rights differ by location and may have exceptions. To make a request, email bryancortezfitness@gmail.com with the subject "Physique Skool privacy request." We may need to verify your identity.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information and services involved. No website, transmission method, or storage system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The site and its assessment forms are intended for adults age 18 or older. Do not submit information if you are under 18. A parent or guardian who believes a minor submitted information may contact us to request review and deletion.
